High-Performance Digital Infrastructure Development

We are currently delivering a large-scale digital infrastructure project in Japan, designed to address demand in one of the world’s most capacity-constrained and strategically important digital infrastructure markets.

The development will provide a total building capacity of 100 MW, with an initial IT load of up to 70 MW. The facility has been designed to support both edge and hyperscale deployment models, offering flexibility and long-term scalability to meet evolving client requirements.

Operational efficiency and compliance are central to the project’s design philosophy. The facility targets an annualised Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) below 1.3, with a peak of 1.45, positioning it among the most energy-efficient developments of its kind. It is being delivered in line with leading international standards and certifications, ensuring best-in-class performance, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
